Welcome to 2021! It’s a new year and we’re ready for a fresh challenge (yep, even after baking up loads of holiday cookies and sweets).

We’re kicking off the year with a great go-to recipe: Vanilla Bean Cupcakes. These buttery, moist cupcakes are just the thing to bake up for birthdays and other celebrations (or just because). Learn how to make this amazing recipe that uses not only vanilla extract but vanilla beans, so they’re infused with even more delicious flavor.

How to Participate

Bake up a batch of cupcakes: We know we just finished up the biggest baking season of the year, but there’s still lots to celebrate (like 2020 being over!). Show us your take on these vanilla bean cupcakes or bake up your favorite cupcake recipe. It’s also a great time to show off your decorating skills!
Enter our cupcake decorating contest: Take a great shot that shows off your decorating handiwork, then submit it to our contest. You could win $100!
