Our February Challenge

Does this month’s recipe look familiar? It should! These Chocolate-Glazed Raspberry Eclairs won our Ready, Set, Bake! recipe contest last year. Community Cook Elisabeth Larsen not only got to take home the prize money, but her recipe is now our Bakeable challenge this month.

So what makes this recipe so special? First, it’s absolutely delicious. Who doesn’t love raspberry and chocolate together? Plus, it challenges you to master some French pastry techniques like making choux and pastry cream. Once you’ve got these methods down, you can make cream puffs and so many other tasty French desserts.
