Ingredients

  • 2-4 tortillas
  • 2-4 mozzarella cheese sticks (or any cheese stick variety you prefer)
  • Cooking oil spray
  • Trader Joe’s Pizza Seasoning (or any preferred pizza or Italian seasoning blend)

Directions

Step 1: Prep your tortillas

Slice your tortillas in half, and roll up a cheese stick within each one. Feel free to use a spinach or tomato tortilla if you want to add extra flavor, or a cheddar cheese stick instead of mozzarella for a more southwest feel.

Step 2: Season them

Sprinkle your tortilla roll-ups with pizza seasoning.

Step 3: Pop ’em in the air fryer!

Air fry for 8-10 minutes at 300°F.

The resulting snack should be crispy on the outside and cheesy and melty on the inside. A fun addition would be some sort of dipping sauce, perhaps a pesto or spicy marinara would be ideal—but go wild. You can always dip your air fryer cheese stick in queso for extra cheesiness—try upgrading your queso dip to amp up the flavor.

Whether you’re snacking on game night or looking for finger foods for a good Netflix binge, these easy air fryer pizza sticks are simple and delicious and are sure to be a hit with anyone who may be on your guest list.
