- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons red wine or water
- Hot cooked rice
