Air-Fryer Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 2 small onions, quartered
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh thyme, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a large bowl, toss first 8 ingredients. Place carrots in greased air fryer. Cook until carrots are crisp-tender, 18-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, sprinkle with thyme.
