Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons granulated stevia sugar substitute

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well coated. Spread evenly into a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
