- 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded fontina cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Optional: Toasted French bread baguette slices, baked pita chips or Assorted fresh vegetables
