Homemade Poultry Seasoning Recipe
Instead of heading to the store, create your own poultry seasoning at home. You likely have everything you need in your cupboard! This recipe yields about a half-cup of poultry seasoning.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons ground sage
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together, then store in an airtight container in a cool, dark space for up to six months.

How to Use Poultry Seasoning
It can be used on chicken or turkey, of course, but poultry seasoning can also be used in vegetarian recipes!
